Joint and Spine Pavilion

Thinking about elective joint or spine surgery? Consider Eastside’s Joint and Spine Pavilion. This unique unit is a 17 bed inpatient facility committed to patients having surgical procedures for joint replacement or for spinal surgery.
Our Pavilion guests are active adults in good health choosing to enhance their overall quality of life. They expect to make a rapid recovery and they want to be actively involved in their rehabilitation. Our guests need to provide a coach – a spouse, relative or friend – to help them jump start the rehabilitation process and facilitate the transition home.
Generally, you and your coach are our guest for 3-4 days. During your visit to the Pavilion, you’ll have individual daily sessions with a physical therapist who will map out your recovery program. Not only is the program customized for your needs, you and your coach learn the essentials to keep you on track at home. Materials are sent home with you in order to reinforce what you learned during your stay. No boot camp, no group classes or lectures – it’s all about you, focused on getting you back to your active life.
Pampering begins with our décor that is designed to feel more like a luxury hotel than a health care facility. Amenities include:
- Turndown service each night in your private room
- Flat screen TV
- Daily newspaper
- Wi-Fi access
- Coffee Bar in the Pavilion
- Private Exercise Room
- Room Service available as appropriate; however, in order to expedite your rehabilitation, you are encouraged to enjoy your meals in the private dining area.
Whatever you need during your stay, we’ll take care of it. Our goal is your complete focus on rehabilitation.
Medically, you’re in great hands here. Our finest orthopedic nurses and physical therapists are at your disposal.
