Eastside is proud of the diversity of its staff and patient population. To increase awareness, respect and to celebrate our diversity, Eastside hosts a quarterly Cultural Celebration Day. This day is a celebration of different countries, their traditions and their lifestyles. The celebration, held during lunch and on the night shift, offers employees and visitors the opportunity to taste dishes native to the celebrated country of the quarter; informational sheets with details about the country and an opportunity to enjoy and celebrate the music and culture of the selected country.
