Snellville, GA December 6, 2011 Eastside Medical Center now offers Online Pre-Registration. Beginning today, Tuesday, December 6th, patients will be able to pre-register online through our website for their upcoming procedures. This specifically includes patients who already have a procedure scheduled, expectant women needing to pre-register for their baby’s delivery, and anyone requesting a screening Mammogram appointment.
